Ok365 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide for Malaysia Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member") and ok365 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the ok365-bangla.com website and all services, games, and content provided by ok365.

• Using your ok365 account for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never been banned or had an account suspended by ok365 for a breach of terms.

Ok365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until satisfactory verification is provided. Use of the ok365 platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Ok365 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (manifest error) and to refund the stake amount to the member's account.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, specific settlement rules will apply depending on the sport and bet type.
• Ok365 reserves the right to limit betting limits for any event or team without prior notice.
• Betting using insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Ok365 members are required to use the platform in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets on the ok365 platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to cheat in poker or other competitive games on ok365.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance, unused bonuses, and pending withdrawals may be fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. ok365 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation to members whose accounts are closed for security reasons.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the ok365 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned within 3–5 business days.
